  • Conducting legal due diligence of investment funds and fund managers (corporate documents, fund documents, internal policies and procedures)
  • Preparation and review of marketing materials ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Preparation of the transaction documents with investors (subscription documents and side-letters)
  • Negotiating and amending the terms of fund documents
  • Assisting in negotiating the terms of the investments of investor in investment funds
  • Assisting in the signing and closing of investments and admission of investors
  • Preparation of mandatory and regulatory post-closing notifications
  • Preparation of notifications to investors (drawdown notices, fund distribution notices, notices of admission, etc.)
  • Preparation of documents relating to the appointment of investors' representatives as member of advisory boards / limited partners advisory committees
