  • Preparation of the internal policies and procedures for fund managers of investments funds
  • Identification of weak aspects of the internal policies and procedures of fund managers and preparation of recommendation on their improvement
  • Assisting in securing licences and authorisation for management of collective investment schemes
  • Preparation and submission of the documents for the registration of investment funds and fund manager
  • Co-operating with the financial regulator in the AIFC in connection with authorisations, registrations and notifications
